Can we bring animals?
Yes, they are allowed.
In the vast majority of plots, dogs are allowed (there is an area of plots where it is not allowed). In the Neptuno, Mediterraneo, Duna, and Tabarca bungalows, they are allowed, in the rest not.
Can you spend the day without being accommodated?
Yes, you can buy a day pass to the pools (check prices). Except from mid-June to early September. The entrance will be for exclusive use for hosted clients.
If I am staying, do I have free access to the facilities?
For hosted clients, access to the facilities is free and open. Marina Senses Spa, Feria, Dinogolf, Bali pool (housed on a plot) are chargeable in which you will have a discount on the generic price.
Is there a private club or members club?
There used to be but now certain facilities that were paid for or for members, are now free access to all customers, so there is NO members club or discount card.
What facilities are there while staying?
Access to the lake pool, Aquamarina, Gym, Marina Land children's playground, Marina Park ball park, sports center, and Disco Anima2.
Can I book for less than a week?
Yes, except in high season when it will only be possible to book a minimum of 7 nights. Always check with reception in High Season.
How far is it from the beach?
800 meters.
Is there WIFI?
Yes
Is there animation throughout the year?
Yes, check schedules on the web or at Reception.
Can we bring bicycles?
Yes, of course!
Can I barbecue in the campsite?
Within the plots and bungalows, you can have barbecues but there is no place set up for them in the facilities.
For barbecues we recommend bringing those that have high legs so as not to burn the ground and that work with charcoal.
What camper cards do you accept?

What is the price of the pool?
Depends on the season. Check.
Do you have to pay for the water park if you are staying?
No, access is free.
Is the pool heated?
No, the heated pool is part of the SPA facilities and is included in the SPA price.

How is the bungalow equipped?
The bungalow is fully equipped. It is not necessary to bring sheets or towels.
Are there bed and towel changes?
No, only at the entrance of the bungalow.
What is the maximum capacity of people per bungalow?
5 people per bungalow, except in Neptuno which are 4.
Can you smoke inside the bungalows?
No, it is forbidden to smoke inside the bungalow by law. In the case that it is detected that someone has smoked, the deposit will be retained.
